Despite backordered parts, Jim Taylor worked diligently to get my car repaired as quickly as they could. They kept me informed during the process and were professional from beginning to end.
My son was buying a truck. Was told to be here at 10:30am to sign paperwork. We were here at 10:30am and kept getting told 10 mins, 10 mins, 10 mins. Almost 2 hrs later they decide they have to have an employee meeting. Worse customer service ever! The finance dude was worried about an auction on his phone instead of getting the paperwork ready. I will not ever come back here

The staff at Jim Taylor was extremely nice. Ashley and the lady beside her were really helpful and welcoming. Jason took care of me really really fast, got me in and out, and headed to work in a timely manner. The atmosphere at Jim Taylor is always so pleasant. All the employees are nice and the service department does a really really good job.

I used the service dept. & my part ended up being on back order, so they came through & refunded me the full amount I had paid to reserve the part when I was able to find another dealer 3 hours away who had the part I needed. Thrilled with such honest business practices in an era where we've been taken advantage of too many times by businesses that will rob you blind.

The service and parts departments at this dealership. Have always been honest and caring. Not just about my car and truck, but the safety of me and my family. My truck had safety recall and the fixed it at no charge to me. I had a blow out on front tire of my car. It was very hot. I put the donut tire on front and made it to Jim Taylor. They did not have the tire in stock. They did a tire rotation for me and was very quick about it.
Low on EV charge with 13 miles & the nearest station was 22 miles away. Told at Chevron station in Delp-hi, JIM TAYLOR CHEVY may have 1. Could NOT be BETTER SURPRISED with the PROFESSIONALISM, CONCERN & GET it DOWN ATTITUDE. TAMARIO= started the process. AMY & ASHLEY continued the searching process.
