The 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV is only available as a four-door crew cab with two rows of seating. It offers a spacious 136-cubic-foot passenger cabin with ample head and legroom for up to five adults. Chevy says this is due to the cabin being moved further forward than gas-powered models.
Higher trims include dual-zone automatic climate control, rear air vents, power-adjustable front seats, and heated front and outboard rear seats. Buyers will also receive leather upholstery in higher trims and can select an optional panoramic fixed glass roof.

The 2024 Silverado EV uses a liquid-cooled 24-module Ultium battery pack. The battery pack offers up to 440 miles, depending on trim selection. You can charge the truck in several ways. Home users can use a Level 1 120-volt socket or a Level 2 240-volt home charging station. Or, they can visit a DC fast charging station. Chevy says users can locate over 174,000 compatible charging stations nationwide via the myChevrolet mobile app. Depending on the station’s charging rate, you can replenish 100 miles of range in 10 minutes.
Chevy offers an optional rear-wheel steering feature for the 2024 Silverado EV. This feature allows the rear wheels to steer, reducing the truck’s turning radius when maneuvering and parking. Moreover, the system enhances stability when towing a trailer. Chevy says the 2024 Silverado EV range can tow up to 10,000 pounds, depending on trim and specification. Furthermore, users can opt for automatic adaptive air suspension.
